Our Process

Consultation

We start by setting up a consultation with the client. Together we discuss the clients’ needs, wants and hopes. The customers’ current IT infrastructure is examined as to how it can be leveraged to accomplish the project goals. Any issues or incompatibilities are discussed with the client, as well as possible solutions and workarounds. A feasibility study is compiled into a report. Design

Once the client is on board, our senior team members contemplate functional and design facets required. They then discuss the steps necessary to successfully attain the project’s goals. Issues are discussed, and the team comes up with possible solutions. The team then considers these solutions for viability and ease of execution. A set of ordered steps are compiled into a cohesive plan of action. Finally mock-ups of the new platform are created.

Review

With a plan in hand, and mock-ups to display, we meet again with the client. Together we make sure the solution created will fulfill all their requirements. If any modifications are required, they are considered and evaluated. A final plan is created, to include those modifications. The senior members then divide the team into execution groups.

Completion

Finally the project creation begins. The final plan is divided among the execution groups. The groups then begin to create individual sections that comprise the project. Once the sections are completed, the team meets as a group the weave the sections together. The final solution is then once again evaluated, and tested, to make sure it meets expectations. Finally our team, along with the client and his employees, make sure the project works as expected.
